Persistence, hard work, and a sense of humor have been at the base of most of my achievements in life. I started out doing impersonations from SNL and In Living Color when I was just a wee laddy. After years in sports, business/finance, travel, and hospitality, the universe wrapped me up in blankets, layed me down in a wicker basket of some sort, and dropped me off on the front porch of the entertainment industry.
Several years back, I began a eager journey into improvisation and acting in Las Vegas at Second City. After a brief stay there, I moved onto a more intensive study in the Mecca of Improv, Chicago, where I learned and performed at & with many of the greats. The following year, I re-directed my focus onto to the discipline of film...and was fortunate to dive head first into principal roles in over 25 independent film projects. After another year, it was time to make the journey out to LA to start discovering the magic of television. During the past couple years, I have been fortunate to continue working and playing in film, television, improv, and theater. In addition to those, I have also enjoyed opportunities in V.O., Commercials, Hosting/MC work, and Print.
I owe
all of my past and future successes to the unconditional love and
support of my amazing family, Janet, Jennifer, & Paul. There is
nothing that frees up creativity and courage in one's soul more than a
support team with boundless caring and encouragement.
I look forward to continuing my exploration into the realms of imagination and entertaining and I hope I can bring
many laughs along
the way. I am in this industry because I love the challenges and because performing
puts a smile on my face and in my heart. If either of those factors
change, I hope I have friends who encourage me to move onto something
new and exciting. Take care of yourselves and each other!
